The following 12 Outstanding NCO of the Year example has been taken out of an IMT document.  I have changed mission information to protect myself and the people I have received the information from.  I will attempt to give a little insight to the entire process if I know it.

Note: 

Great package for a SSgt. (IMHO).  Good leadership actions and results of the job at the COCOM level.  The only thing really to improve on would be the placement of bullets between the self improvement and community involvement.  (AFSA stands out) 

Good mentoring note would be to remember the sandwitch technique.  Open and close each section with VERY Strong bullet.
